wii 16:9 and 4:3

I waz wondering if It would be better if I changed my wii settings to 16:9 when I have a 4:3 T.V ?

I don't think it will, I think what would happen is the wii will broadcast a 16:9 signal, and your 4:3 tv will just cut off the bits it can't show.

yeah it may not be advisable.

you will probably miss parts of the picture, but it shouldnt hurt to try

(unless you fall over in the process or something.... )

What would the point of doing so be? 16:9 is for widescreen if you don't have a widescreen set there is no reason to set your Wii to widescreen. You'll get the best experience playing at the 4:3 aspect ratio on your 4:3 TV.
