Japanese Wiimote...

Sup.

I'm an American living in Japan but own a USA Wii. Does anyone know if a Japanese wii controler and nunchuck will work on a USA Wii?

I should think so.. can't see why it wouldn't

Edit: You might have a problem with the batteries, but that's the only thing I can think of :S But if you're not having a problem using Japanese batteries in a US wiimote then that shouldn't be a problem

the remotes simply get connected so they are not region locked or anything like that. so yea they should work.

like the others have said, yes it should work.

i have actually used US remotes on my UK wii. and the other way around, so there should be no difference in the remotes.

with the batteries they will be ok too, as they are designed to take AA batteries, which run 1.5v as standard globally
