They're selling on ebay at the moment for around £20. Or you can get a new one from Amazon for £25.

theres 1 on play.com for £17.99 but it keeps saying out of stock.

I heard the batteries in them die very quickly and charging them does nothing. This is from a friends first hand experiance.

I have owned two since they launched and had no problems with batteries. I do not use rechargeables though, I use panasonic powermax 3 which you can get cheap from Argos

Not mine and I have 2 Wavebirds.
NiMH batteries last ages for me and I leave 'em on by accident regularly.

I bought one from Gamestation for £4.99 two weeks ago, another from ebay for £25 delievered. I look at it as if I bought 2 for £30. bargain!
