Freezing in Splinter Cell

I got splinter Cell on Tuesday, about half way through is when I experienced my first freeze, it wasn't a typical freeze as it was joined by a high pitch sound from my TV speakers, this happened again today near the end of the game, same freeze and high pitch sound.

Any one else had anything happen like this, maybe the game, hopefully not the hardware.

This happened to me once while playing Red Steel. I just unplugged the Wii and came back to it later and plugged it back in. It hasn't happened since.

Its happened to me a few times in SCDA. I personally put it down to Ubisoft and their programing. Double Agent is having major problems on every other platform they have released it on, no reason to think that the Wii version is any different.
