If you got yours from walmart, your wii is probably messed up! Mine works fine.

mines froze twice ; once on the shop channel then again on the internet channel, but doesnt bother me just put a fan near it

Mine froze about 5 times on Red Steel... other than that... sometimes freezes on the internet...

Mine has frozen on several occassions with all of the games i own, and then i placed it near a cool area with a fan near it and it still froze! But nintendo took care of it when i sent it back in, took less than two weeks! And i also didnt have to pay for anything except for the box i had to purchase from UPS. WTG Nintendo.
