My Nintendo Wii has froze three times within the first two days of purchase and my friends in my neighborhood seem to be experiencing similar problems. Are all of ours defective or is this normal behavior? We all purchased ours from WalMart.

Mine does freeze quite alot, but only on the internet channel (the internet channel does have a few bugs in it)

I do get the occasional freeze on the internet channel, or lag on the everybody votes channel, but my wii has never crashed in-game.

I have never had any problems like that with the Wii. Actually, I have never experienced ANY problems, except when I first got it, and I didn't read how to sync the Wiimotes with the unit. *blushes*

no freeze ups here, just once in a while before the last upgrade to the system, my wiimotes would randomly shut off and I'd have to unplug the whole system before they'd come back on.
