Hi, guys.

I just bought a wii component cable for 30 dollars.
It is a official nintendo wii component so i guess it's twice more expansive
than third party component cable.

I was wondering if it was a waste of money when I could just pick a same quality for cheaper price.

or do you guys think it definitely has better quality and bring better pictures?

I am pretty sure i will buy wii console tomorrow and was wondering what else I should think of getting.

Are there many different kinds of wiimote charger just like many different kinds of component cable?
if then which one should i get?

I don't have much interest in wii game for now, so I think i will spend time playing super mario world (Virtua console).
Does it work with gamecube controller? or should i get another wii controller for VC?
and how should i pay for Virtua console? do you recommand me to pay it through credit card or buy wii point cards?
thanks.

I am sure all the cables are probably the same. The only reason I got the Nintendo Cable was if something happened in the future and I did not want to have any issues with warranty or anything Nintendo might not approve of.
