Hi everyone. I've been having problems with my Wiimote. Everytime I plug in a Gamecube controller to play a Gamecube game my Wii looses communications with the Wiimote. I know that this is normal but when Im done playing my Gamecube game and want to go back to the Wii menu I can't. My Wiimote blinks a couple of times and just turns off. It is impossible to re-establish communication with my Wiimote and I end up having to unplug my Wii and plug it back in to get it to work again. Is there something Im doing wrong? Could it be a software update that I need to do? Please, someone help me!

Ok,
When you play a gamecube game, your wii basically turns into a gamecube (internally lol), so you can't go back to the wii-menu, thats why your wiimotes wont work.
This is as normal as a three eyed bin so don't worry

No, just hold down the reset button for a few seconds.

Just turn it off and on again via the button on the front of the console.
