Basically I was thinking, (dangerous I know), what will the NEXT - next generation consoles be like. I mean we all know Sony and Microsoft will steal the 3D controller from Nintendo, in fact they both already have, however what will Nintendo do next. What with the step up in graphics being near life like at this stage, we are bordering on VR.
Here's a favourite theory of mine. Nintendo, using the same technology used in the wiimote, release a console with a headset which, when you tilt your head right, the image you see in the headset turns right too etc. This way, you could literally experience Hyrule through the eyes of link. With that on your head, and the Mastersord (wiimote) in your hand, you'll never have to leave your console again, what with food shopping online with Nintendos Opera browser. So. Any other ideas?

Actually there is already 3D visor technology developed for the PC called Z800. It cost like $550 for the visor alone but I've heard that it's worth it.
When I say 3D I mean Imax 3D, like when objects in the screen float infront of you. Right now you can get a LCD shutter glasses or just a Red-Blue glasses(that's what I'm using right now), a free software and you can experience Imax effect on any game that has 3D graphics.

Possibly by the next time there is next-gen, we will have made quantom computers (Were actually quite near quantom hard drives), or possibly DNA processing. Either of theese processes would add INSANE speeds to chips, making holograpic enviorments possible. I would say true virtual reality, but thats to far ahead and would possibly be in 9th/10th gen consoles. For those of you who don't know, the Wii, PS3, and 360 are all 8th gen consoles.

Yes I appreciate that Companies have done visors before. What I mean is a head visor with a beautiful quality screen inside, and wiimote technology, so that when you move your head, the image you see inside the visor moves too. So it GENUINELY feels like you're in the game. Maybe some arm and groinal attatchments too. Nothing like Virtual Boy

I think microsoft may lay off being a copy cat adn make something dangerous.
GRAPHICS SO GOOD YOU COULD SPEND HOURS OF EXAMING IT AND NOT BEING ABLE TO TELL IT FROM RAELITY!!!1!!. Yeah adn then they steal the headset idea in the gen after that.
