Click 'user CP' at the top of this page, then look for 'change signature'

You need a program like photoshop or gimp to make signatures. However seeing as they can be hard to come by I would suggest on requesting one in the "Request Your Sig Here" thread found in the graphics section. Also try reading through the "How To Request A Signature" and "How To Upload And Or Post A Signature".

I never thought about it like that, I just assumed that he/she wanted to write text or insert an image and use it a signature.
