Wii and pro logic II

Mabye its just that i dont understand pro logic II but i dont get how the wii will put surround sound to my surround sound system. Does pro logic II only need the two stero cables (white and red) to transfer the Pro logic II information or does it need a digital audio cable or something. help me out here if u know what i mean.

If you checked that other thread that shows the Wii setup, the Wii will come with the Red and White cables. So just hook those up to your surround sound and then you'll have surround sound. That's what i'm doing

right i knew that the red and white cables would come with the system i guess my question was if thats all you needed for the pro logic II im used to true surround which cannot be transfered through those cables.
