Modding the Wii =o Bad, Bad, Bad......You know that once you mod the Wii you void your warranty and you could destroy your Wii that way

They have done that but thats a risky take because if you do it wrong it will cost you $250

a lil advice if u never done anything like this or know anything about it...DONT DO IT....get it done for u...but in all honesty dont get it...you dont need it....its just gonna prevent u from doing things that the wii will be upgrading to

I was going to do it originally myself, but not anymore because of voiding the warranty and a high risk of breaking it and stuff. Now im just waiting for a black Wii to come out to mtch with my black DS Lite, Gamecube and N64.

i don't think it's the right time to do it right now, if you have internet...because as far as i know, there are many huge updates and wii channels coming soon, before christmas......  cool......!!!
wii update will corrupt your wii after you have modified it......be carefull..... :P

Good idea, the wii chips from what i've heard aren't very good to begin with. Just buy or rent the games from gamefly.
