Does anyone know where I can get a wireless LAN adapter for the Wii?
A link would be nice.

Why would you need one? The wii has built in wireless and will connect without any stuff if you have working wireless router access.

Okay just to clarify, the Wii has a wireless card in it. Your question makes it sound like you aren't aware of this. If you meant a wireless dongle for your pc to emit a wireless signal for your Wii to receive, than this will work:

But IMO your better off buying a router like this:

Assuming USB connector is out of the question, the LAN router would allow me to connect my Wii to the internet even if I didn't have Wireless internet, right? (NOTE: I have a cable modem for internet)

You can go online even if you do not manage to gain access wirelessly. You will need an adapter though.. Have a look here. Hope it helps.

Yes but a wireless one? And just clarifying, I wouldn't need a Wi-Fi USB connector or wireless internet?

You are very confused.
The router is what provides you wireless internet. If you bought a wireless router, you would now be able to use the wireless access built into the Wii to connect to the router.
If you did not get a wireless router, you would have to also get the USB LAN adapter for the Wii and use a network cable to directly connect the Wii to the router.
