Hi

I need to extend the Wii tv extension cable, any suggestions on what I need. Cannot seem to find anything specific on ebay.

Are you talking about AV (Audio/Video)? Just grab some Male-Female RCA cables from the Shack (or anywere) and you should be fine.

^^
What he said.
You can also use little female-female adapters so you could just plug another cable onto the end of the one you already have.

Just be aware if you make it TOO much extension you'll have a weakened signal, possibly fuzzy..
