Word on Wii Breakdowns

So now that the wii has been out for a year what is the word on saves and if your wii completely goes down and cant be fixed. Meaning for instance I have 120.00 worth of virtual game downloads saved on the wii, SD card and computor. Since we cannot play these on other systems are we just out of luck if our systems completely go out? Has Nintendo come up with a system of transfering these saves from our old system to our new system if we do it directly through Nintendo?

yes they have, if you send it in for repair and the guarentee thing is still active. then they will put ALL of your data on your wii.

Hey thanks for the info. One more question. Does that include all your games saved to your SD card. Considering I cant get them all saved to the wii now

Yes. I had to replace my Wii under warranty and I was able to get my VC Game off my SD card.

ha ha.. its the crappy thing about buying virtual stuff.. i wish we could just use WoW money!
