Clicking problem

Well, my Wii's fell down a few times, mostly from tripping over the cord. but it usually only fell about 2 feet or so... anyway, whenever I insert a disc it makes a weird clicky noise like somethings tapping the disc while its spinning. It doesnt stop either... it sounds fine and quiet when there's nothing in it, though xD
Is there any way I can get it to stop, or would I have to get it repaired? The games still work fine, its just that noise and it makes me really anxious that my Wii's gonna konk out on me :P

Thanks ^-^;
