Hey,

I was wondering if the Wii keeps the saved games on the SD card in my Wii synced with the current saved games.

I tried copying Mario Galaxies save onto the SD, but it said the file already existed... just want to make sure if I take the SD card to a friends house I can access my saved game. Thanks!

Yes, the Wii does sync the save files onto the SD Card. Just get a card reader and plug it into your computer to find out :P

No the Wii does NOT sync the saves on the SD card. Wii games do not save or read from a SD card. If you want to keep your file updated on the SD card, you need to delete it and copy the new file to it. Same thing goes for the VC games also. Anything you do with a SD card, you do manually.

You don't have to delete it, I believe the Wii allows overwriting.
