Ok. So it's exactly as the topic says. I just picked up a Wii yesterday. I have all within the same area a PS3, Xbox360, and hdtv cable box. Well I was watching a movie yesterday on my PS3 and the WII kept turning on for no reason. I eventually just unplugged the foolish system. What's good with that? Anyone else have similar problems?
ps. when ps3 is off, it does not turn on itself. could it be that the remotes send the same signals or something?
Well they both use Bluetooth technologies. I'm not sure of the specifics. Here is an instance of Wii Bluetooth interference http://gonintendo.com/?p=9572
Yea, that's happening with me too. I dunno what is happening... I think maybe the Wii is receiving some signals from the PS3 that is telling it to turn on?
