After a long days work, I sit down to play Galaxy, and when I turned on my Wii, it said:

The message board cannot be used.
I had realised that I had:
1.) Held the "-" and "+" buttons;
2.) Powered on the Wii;
3.) Kept holding the buttons;
4.) Pressed "A" on the safety screen.

What does it do?
(Other than block message mode.)
