IR spasms on my remotes

So i booted up MoH2 this morning to play online, and i got on, but as soon as i started playing anytime i moved my IR even a little, it would have a spasm and shoot down then back up. Anyone know how to recalibrate? I have tryed reconnecting them and no change.

is there any light coming into the room? window? lamp? it makes the wiimote go all twitchy
