I have tried going all the way around through numbers (it works on my alarm clock). so the question i have is where do i go to change it? or.. is it stuck like this forever?

Well, without even understanding the problem I know a solution: set your clock in the morning. If you don't get up before the crack of noon, the Wii sets the clock with military time. So for example, 3:00PM would be 15:00. Can you not get to 15:00? That might be a problem.

ok wt it does is... for example right now its 8:54 pm and my wii says 8:54 am. ill try setting it in the morning....
