Yes, you can. decalgirl.com is one example, others will most likely give different examples. The one important piece of information is changing the plastic covers of your Wii will void your warranty. An alternative to customizing your Wii and keeping warranty is using a decal. The above site also sells decals which I have personally bought one and love it.
