Wii Light Keeps Turning On
Everytime I turn off my Wii, 10 seconds later the blue light in the disc part of the Wii keeps lighting up and it wont turn off. I am certain my Wii is off but the blue light is still on. What do I do? Why is it like this?

OH and how do I stop the messages like from Everyone Votes Channel or Check Mii out Channel...its really annoying.
