1)what other games that is mii based character other than wii sport/ play?
2)is there a way to upload them to your cellphones, PC, ect via bluetooth connection?

1. At the moment they can't be used for any other games. At least, that's what I've heard.
2. I don't think so, sorry. However, you may want to search google. Just in case there is one.

I know you use the miis in Warioware just to choose character they don't really do anything in game. In Super Mario Galaxy your save files are linked to your mii. I'm sure there are others that use them in a minor way.

actually i saw u can use them in the headbutt soccer game and hula hoop and a bunc of others...so i guess basically any Nintendo made game with the word Wii at the front followed by another one syllable word probably uses Miis alot...
