Right, because real crossbows had lasers.
Besides, what's the point? Any game that uses the Wii remote to fire already has some sort of pointing-target that moves around the screen depending on where you're pointing the remote. That matters more than a laser.
(actually, it matters tons more than the laser, which would be ridiculously inaccurate. This is because of how the Wii remote actually works. I welcome the readers to do some research if they aren't already familiar. The remote works because you point by "feel"... it's not doing any real targeting on the screen).
