Fancy LEDS anyone?!

Well, im bored and im thinking about spray painting my wii black. But well, if i do Black + Blue < Black + Red.
So i was wondering, does anyone know where i can find a tutorial to change the leds in the wii remotes( I probably WON'T change the wii's because well if i mess up them my dad would kill me )?
