I have a bunch of pictures on my camera that I want on my computer, but I lost the USB cord and my computer doesn't have a spot to put in a SD card.
But the Wii does, it has room for both. Is it possible to transfer the pictures that are on my SD card onto my Memory Stick? Using my Wii?

And the Wii only supports SD cards, not Memory Sticks (or flash drives like was mentioned previously)

Look around on ebay for a "USB card reader". You should be able to pick up a multiple memory card interface for around 5 bucks, that hooks up to your PC.
