Wii remote keeps disconnecting

Apologies if this has been posted before.

I'm having trouble with my Wii remote. It keeps randomly disconnecting from the Wii. Sometimes it reconnects by pressing one of the buttons, other times I have to resynch it. Does anyone know what is wrong with it? I don't have a second Wii remote, so I can't test it against another.

P.S.- I've already tried different batteries, and I already know it has nothing to do with the sensor bar, so don't bother suggesting it.

Weeelll, it could be the batteries or the sensor bar...

Try unplugging your wii for a few minutes, then plug it back in; see if that works.
