Slot light

ok so after doing the 3.0 update alot of people noticed the slot light started to flash rather than pulsate, well mine also started to flash whenever i got a new msg. until yesterday when it started to pulsate like it did when i got the wii

anyone else noticed this?

after testing it i have found that when its an email it flashes and when its info like from a channel etc it pulsates.
