I Need Help With Router Issues

Well, I joined this forum only for this, but I'm experincing WiFi problems.
I originally bought a WiFi Connector, but now, it doesn't work, and I've uninstalled it, and tried to reinstall it, and it didn't work. So now, I'm trying to configure my router to make it compatible with my Wii.
My model is a D-Link WBR 1310.
If you could suggest things in this thread, it would be appreciated.
