Wii Fit Problems and Cant get into Wii settings.. PLEASE HELP!!!

right I'll start at the begining. I got a japanese Wii. Its unlocked to play pal games and all types of games. I got a Wii Fit with the board. thats when the problems started.

Problem one: I inserted the disk in and went to update the software thing as it does not realising I needed internet. So when that dissapeared. I went into Wii settings now it wont open and its telling me that i've tried to open a website and to make sure i'm connected to internet and for help to open "opera help" when try to open it I cant so it just gets stuck on this screen I dont know what to do i've tried to insert the disk in again after I restarted the Wii but nothing seems to help.

Problem two: Does anyone know how I can syncronise A Japanese unlocked Wii with a New Zealand Wii fit board???? Really don't want to buy another Wii.

Is the Wii Fit Pal?

Sounds like its semi-bricked.

Japanese is pal I think. It wouldnt need to be unlocked to play pal games.

the japanese Wii is Ntsc but it has been unlocked to play pal games. the Fit is Pal. other pal games work on the Wii. just have issues with the Wii fit.
