Hi, only two games to date uses the dual layer dvd, but in the future we expect more games that use this disk especially the third party games.

The dual layer DVDs features more memory space, this will be means much better graphics, more longer games and much better gameplay.

Come on Nintendo allow all third party developers to use the dual layer DVDs in their games!!

Umm what makes you think Nintendo is preventing third-party developers from making dual-layer games?

It's more the developers simply not being inclined to devote the time and money creating a game that requires 2 layers. You can fit a lot of game in 4.7GB (as we've seen).

I'm not aware of any other than Super Smash Brothers Brawl, but I'm sure there's got to be at least one other one.

That at least was the first one, I know.
