Hi there,

I just purchased a 480p cable for my wii, and i seem to be having some issues. When i hook up the cable i see video, but my tv still shows 480i in the top right corner. The picture does not look at different what so ever. Few questions.

1) When i try changing the output of my tv it is currently on something called
YPbPr 2. Do i have it hooked up correctly or am i doing something wrong.

2) If the video shows when i have the cable connected does this mean i have it done correctly?

Listed below are the specs of my Viewsonic 37" LCD http://www.ca.buy.com/prod/q/loc/59624/205106039.html

Did you make sure you changed the video settings in your Wii settings so that it's set to HDTV?
