Here's a new mod we just finished that takes control of the light bar on the Wii and fades it when the system is off and pulses it with the audio when the system is on.
For some reason the blue light on my console doesn't work. Cool, though.
Do you mean like it only flashes when you turn on the console and when you put games inside of it? Cause mine is like that to, I don't know its broken or just... maybe I have an option turned off on it?
I want it to stay on all the time using the e-mail trick but it doesn't work even when the Wii is off.
It also mentions there changing the LED's in the slot. That would be an easy mod (as long as your warantee is up). Even though I'm a big fan of the color blue, a red slot would look awesome too, and you could get all you need from the local RadioShack.
