I used search and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I don't have my Wii yet but just planning things out. I have a 34" CRT TV and was just wondering if the Sensor Bar would work fine if I just placed it on top of the TV or should I mount it directly above the screen. I'll post a picture of my TV. There is a 3 inch difference from the top of my screen to the top of my TV(2.5 inches to that indent spot where the black part ends). I'm just wondering if it would work better if it was right above the screen or does it not really make a difference? Would the sensor bar stand mount to the front of the TV? Thanks

My TV has a similar frame around it, and I just set the sensor on top with absolutely no problem. Try it that way first, and if you have a problem, you can work on exactly what's going wrong, but I'm confident you'll be just fine.
