Ok I'll step by step it

- Buy Wii
- Connect to Internet (Important)
- Add Other Wii's And Friends
- Go On Mii Plaza
- Click On Mii(s)
- Select 'Mingle'
- Go back to Mii Plaza
- Click Parade

Then: Wii's you have added will obviously have Mii's if they have selected 'Mingle' too their Mii's will walk on your Parade. You must add them though. Then you can select them and put them in your Plaza if you wish to have them...

So you can add other peoples Miis into your Mii Plaza if you've added each other and are connected to the Internet - All the Added Wiis with Mii's set on Mingle will come on...
