im goin to purchase the nintendo wifi adaptor, but my wii is some way away from the comoputer, its on the upstairs, on the opposite side of the hose compared, my house isnt massive, but i dont know if the adaptor is powerful enougth, so my question is wil it work?
Or is there a cheaper, more reliable adapter?

My Wii can pick up a Wireless Router from about 2 Houses away

And yes he doesn't know im connected to it

It's at least 2 Houses away xD and thats 2 Floors xD

So yes it should because it's direct to the Wii whereas a Wireless router conects to All Wireless formats

^^ the Nintendo WiFi adapter, unlike your router, has terrible range. I don't have any trouble seeing a router reach two houses, but I've never seen one of those USB adapters go farther than two rooms.

yah they only have a range of about 30 feet. Thats not including the walls the connection will likely have to travel through.
