Okay, sooo... I have the Wii!! Yay!!
Just like the rest of you...

And a few of my friends.

I was wondering how they connect to the internet.
They say that they borrow "wireless internet" from their neighbors
or something like that...
but I'm stuck with DSL because my parents hate me.

What am I to do?

WiFi internet access is not a replacement for DSL. You just need a wireless router hooked to your DSL internet connection. Either that or the Nintendo WiFi adapter connected to your PC that has the internet connection.

So I just have Dial-Up Internet, is it at all possible for me to connect to go online with my Wii. And if not what all do I need to make that happen??

All you need is a wireless router like stated above. Should be around 60-70 dollars.

Yeah, agreeing with Byuakuya, DSL is pretty much a must for most things these days. You could connect your Wii using the USB WiFi Adapter but it would only be online when your dialed up and you wont be able to have WiiConnect24 enabled.
