News Channel in One Day!!

I recently relized that the Wii news channel will be up and running in just a day or so. So, I was wondering what everyone thinks about it. Do you guys think you are going to use it a lot? What do you think its going to be like? and Finally are you ready for the News, wii style.

should be cool. easier then searching on net/waiting on TV for sure

News is cool, but I don't think its any better than current online offerings. Still nice to have though.

I do like the fact that the Wii capabilities keep expanding and the list of VC games keep growing.

News channel IS already up and running!

It's really quite a neat idea. You can scroll through the globe (similarly to the weather channel) selecting headlines from different regions. It has National, Regional, International, Sport etc. news. I just tried to go to shop channel and it said there was a new update, downloaded it and load and behold I had the news channel.

I'm in Glasgow scotland btw
