Wii Play online video? How?

I have a website with embeded windows media content. My wii wont play it. What format does the streaming video need to be in so that the wii can play it? can it play embeded windows media or will it have to be something else?

.flv is the only format of videos that the Wii supports

im guessing you two are talking about different things...

the .flv would be streamed through the internet channel (youtube for example...)

the .mov is more likely the SD channel...

im not sure if there is official word as to what will be supported in the full browser though..

the .mov files are not channels.

.MOV is the same format as quicktime, but it has to be converter to ipod type... (but remain .mov after converted)

i meant that the mov files were probably played through the SD channel, not streamed throught the internet browser

rememeber what we have is the trail version The new one should come out between late feb-may.

31 March is the release date I believe. I think there was a press release somewhere.
