I tested the Wii's download speed in speakeasy.net, it just has 3-4mb while my cable is 10mb (my computer can reach 10mb when perform the same test).
Any idea?

I saw the same things with my wired LAN dongle. The download speeds 'slowed down' from 10 mps on our FIOS to any pc lan'd or wifi'd in to 4 mps. It's probably a limitation of the Wii. Interestingly enough the upload speed stayed the same at 2 mps for both pc's and the wii so there may just be an upper limit in the range of 3-4 mps.
