I have a NetGear RangeMAX WPN824 set to G-Only, with WPA-PSK [TKIP] for the security on channel 1.

No issues at all. I connect fine.

I have a WRT54G

Firstly had it working in Mixed mode on #11

Then swapped to G only with WPA - AES Key

All works a treat, yes the Wii does work in G mode only.

After Months of trying to connect to the internet wirelessly I Made numbers of phone calls with no avail. So I tried changing my connection type from WPA-TKP to WEP and changed my password I connected instantly!

Just change your router configeration settings to WEP!

No thanks. WEP has like one one-millionth of the security of WPA. WEP is easily crackable by any highschooler who knows how to use Google.

It's like using a ziptie to lock your locker. It might deter the well-behaved people, but anyone who actually wants to get in can easily do so.

Methinks you set up your WPA wrong. I used WPA just fine with my Wii (before I switched to wired).

"alot", "rediculous", "u", "y" and "ur" are not words. Nor are any number/letter combos.
Commas, periods and apostrophes are your friends.
