i dont give a crap what game it is ill never and i mean never pay for online unless someone else do it for me other than that heck no! bills already taking my cash from my tash and now video games gonna bill me too oh hell no.

I've been sitting online in the training room of SSB:Brawl for over a total of 1 hour, waiting for some one to join. Not a single person is in my game, I wouldn't pay for something as bad as that.

i would say what that means is.....(translated from japanese to english)
you will still be able to use the wifi to connect your wii for free, however most of the new games will include a voice chat feature and to play online and use that feature you will need the pay to play membership, most likely monthly or yearly you'll pay. IDK if they would charge for you to just play the game online and not use the headset but they might start to charge for a lot of the better games. I'm sure there will be many features you get with your subscription, voice chat, they might make it so theres no need for a hard drive or memory and you can hold any memory you have on the nintendo servers. IDK but i really hope they come out with a headset and enable a voice chat, for that i will pay the fee, i haven't bought the internet browser yet but i'm sure thats included. At first im hoping they have the voice chat feature and then they can expand from their when they get more money....and i haven't been online yet so it better be good on there!

Hell no, why would we pay for online if it's free? It might be a little better but in that case make paying an option which gives you features like live maybe.

Not all their games have the ability to play online though, if that counts for anything. The DS had voice chat, and free wifi so why shouldn't the wii? Nintendo already makes enough money as it is with the demand.
Though I guess if they want like a ... Wifi premium or something, I guess it doesn't sound too bad.

I wouldn't mind paying for Voice chat, better online, DLC and overall a better online system cough*wii code*cough.

The reason i dont play my Wii online but do with my xbox is cos of this friend code thingy i just wanna be able to have the game automatically find me a match so i can just start playing
that i would pay for !
