If they made a headset where you could talk to other gamers, and made good servers with good speeds then there is a possibility I would pay. But paying for the same thing I have for free now ain't gonna happen.

They wouldn't start making you pay, and not give you any benefits.

I think that Wii should have a system like Xbox live has. Make free accounts, that have limited abilities, and payed accounts, that have the full 9 yards.

Online play for PC games and PS3 games are free, and good.

I don't see why Nintendo can't invest in better online.

Heck, they're still charging $250 for a console that doesn't cost much to produce.

I like the PC way of paying for online for (most) game better. Great online since the "online fee" is included in the $50/60 you pay for the game. Voice Chat and friends and the whole package are included for most PC games anyways and its been like this for years so its not like they don't make money off of this system.
