Can I play Mario & Sonic online?

Hi hoping someone can help me!!!

Am I able to play Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games on line?

The box says it has Wi-Fi connection but we are unable to find out how we do it. Our Wii is connected to the internet and we would like to play this against some friends on line. Also, if this game is playable on-line, do both parties have to have the game or can it be played from one??

Wi-Fi is only for rankings. You can't play M&S on-line. I was disappointed when I found this out too. =(
