Post here with what routers you have tried to connect your Wii to, and whether it worked or not. This will reduce the number of repetitive threads on router compatibility.

NETGEAR MR814V2 w/ latest firmware. Wii worked with it straight out of the box with no setting changes on the router or Wii.

Motorola WR850g.
Kept getting the 51330,51331,51332, when testing. what finally worked for me was setting the Wireless Mode to "Compatibility" (which is making it 802.11g AND 802.11b).

i'd like to quote this, since i have the same router. i've been using mine for about a year for wireless access to computers, and i've been getting the 51330 error which i havent fixed.

sometime later i'll try to fix it [tried the channel thing, firmware upgrade and a couple other things which i cant really remember anymore]

so this one might be iffy. or i have bad luck, one of the two

oh wait, it has problem connecting with the Wii whenyou connect with superturbo on in the router. I just disabled that super turbo and it worked like a charm.

Using my fairly dated Linksys DI-614+ w/o issue.

Since I have MAC filtering turned on, I just had to go add the Wiis MAC address to the list then enter the WEP key.

3com Wireless Router

Unfortunately I reset without noting down my username and password but all is well now! Remember to clear any MAC filters or WEP security that you have in place first then re-add the addresses when your Nintendo is onboard.

I'm using the netgear wireless g router. It is working great (2 bars) from 60-80 feet.
