Help, please!! :-)

Tried to play Zelda:Link To The Past just now and, no matter what I do, or try to do, I just get "the black screen" and that's it!

Up until now I've always got the black screen but, previously, I pressed the "Home" button and some options would appear ( so sorry if all this has been posted before! ) and one of them had the "home" symbol and the word "close" alongside. Clicking on that close option would start the game playing quite happily.

Suddenly, tonight, I've tried to play LTTP and just got the black screen! No matter how many times I press the "Home" button nothing happens!
By the way, if I press the "A" button I return to the Wii homepage.

I've actually tried erasing the game and done a redownload....but still no good.

Please, if anyone's got any ideas I'd appreciate some assistance because this seems a pretty serious problem to me.

Thanks guys.

Are you using the component cable? If so you have a tv that doesn't support 576i@50hz just like most of the tv's in the world. If you use your composite cable that came with the system, the game will display fine.

Hopefully Nintendo will get round to fixing this at some point
