Ive beaten all of the courses on F-Zero, and MArio Kart 64.

Streets of rage II I beat, but i mean, it has unlimited continues, and i was probably on easy mode.

If I gave Gradius I some more time, I could have beaten that, but the music makes me want a piano to fall on my face.

I know the second battle can be pretty annoying, but this game is awesome and it is the only game I have progressed pretty far in

Can anyone help a geriatric ? I used to play Donkey kong country on my old SNES years ago. I've now downloaded it on my Wii. I have been stuck in the mine on the runaway cart for months. My reactions are too slow now. Does anyone know how to get past this level, I've tried the "falling off the first jump" and "jumping over the barrel" hints but unless there is something I am not doing right they don't work - please help anyone,

I know I beat this level back in the day, but I don't remember there being any secrets or shortcuts on it. And I don't think I was stuck on it for too long.

Here's what I sometimes do when I'm playing a fast side-scrolling level like this one in a game:
Try to view the whole screen at once instead of focusing your eyes on your character or the right side of the screen (the side where obstacles usually appear). Do this by sort of staring "through" your screen, as if you are looking at the wall behind it, causing it to go out of focus a little. I believe doing this causes your reflexes to be better since your eyes are staying still, instead of moving around the screen.

R-Type 3 is soooo hard. I've only bought 3 games, haven't beaten any of them. I haven't played anything VC in a while. Have a good amount of points saved up for WiiWare games though. I'm hoping they'll have some good multiplayer online ones.
