SLow Connection speeds?

Has anybody else suffered from really slow updates and sometime not connecting to the shop resulting in an error code? Updates take a ridiculous amount of time for me. And my Wii is right next to my router lol. Also, 500pts for NES games is a little crazy. Even more crazy is the 800pts for Genesis games. N64 is 1000pts but thats understandable.

N64 = $10/game
Genesis = $8/game
NES = $5/game
SNES = $8/game

Yikes! Those are high prices for games that we all have already.

I had the same trouble yesterday with mine. Since I camped out over night to get it, I took a nap in the afternoon and tried it later in the evening and it worked fine. I suspect that for the next few days with everyone trying to download, it will be slow. So try in the evening time or late night if possible and you might have better luck.
