Our Favorite Monkey and Bear...will that make the VC??
DONKEY KONG 64 and Banjo and kajoowie/toowie.( dont know how to spell the bird's name. :P )

I think that Donkey SHOULD be, because he is a part of the Nintendo World. Banjo, I just think that that game was awesome, and if they could put Sonic who is with Sega, I think that they could get Banjo and his 2 games.

But I'm pretty sure Rare said that if Nintendo wanted to put Banjo on VC, they could. Wonder what's taking them so long???

To sum it up and i check this stuff out weekly
here goes....................... Rare said they could be released on the VC but as Rare is owned by microsoft now, microsoft smelt some of that sweet dough that could be made and said no. This sparked off a huge arguement over who gets what on there consoles and the conclusion so far is no one, BUT and this is the but, Rare have redone goldeneye for the XBLA but havent put it forward to microsoft as nintendo still have the right to have the orignal on there console as it was first relaesed on there console, same with banjo, perfect dark and jet force gemini. so microsoft and Nintendo need to sort something out, and looking at the rare company and reading about there team they dont mind where the games released as they are happy go lucky lol. *takes a breath* my only speculation can be they are released on both consoles respectivly.
I have to point something out, RARE doesent own the "Donkey Kong" franchise, nintendo does, remember that RARE was a first party developer that means nintendo allowed them to work on some franchises for them.
Why do we get a DS version of Diddy Kong Racing, the only characters that RARE owned in that game was Banjo and Conker, hence they were removed.
Unless someone can bring up some real info that RARE owns the Donkey Kong franchise, then yes i can see it on VC.
I cant see Diddy Kong racing on the VC because RARE owns the characters Banjo and Conker, there was a Diddy Kong Racing 64 released on DS but the characters Banjo/Conker were replaced with nintendo owned characters Dixi Kong and another one im not sure off
Ashame MS picked up RARE cause i would assume RARE would have been keen to resell some of their older games.
